Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rizbiz! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

• Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day.
• Transit Time: Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

• We offer free standard delivery on all orders over and including £60.
• Otherwise, we offer a simple, flat-rate shipping option for orders under £60

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a physical mailing address at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense.

Shipping outside the United Kingdom

As a young business based in the United Kingdom, we currently only ship within the UK. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future. If you would like to see us ship to your country, please contact us with your request.
